A small, unique Finnish pagan-folk band, Kallomaki, sets the tone with its visuals featuring an obscure tribal reindeer skull.
The themes explore Finnish famine and cultural sacrifices linked to their traditional past.
Paradoxically, there are no big guitars or drums, just a beautiful mix of acoustic instruments: a lyre, the jouhikko, a jaw harp, a cello… Some are even handmade by the band members.
